The 2024 NBA season is still in its infancy, but the beginning of the new in-season tournament has added a sense of purpose to some early season games in both the Western and Eastern Conference.

The inaugural NBA in-season tournament gets underway this weekend, just adding another layer of interest to a busy weekend of action. The Phoenix Suns host the LA Lakers, the Boston Celtics face the Brooklyn Nets and the Philadelphia 76ers are at the Detroit Pistons.

As ever, the unrelenting nature of the NBA season is attracting plenty of betting traction and another round of midweek fixtures is on the cards. With plenty of big games at both ends of the tables, it promises to be another exciting round of action.

The third midweek round of fixtures catches the eye, as the 2024 NBA season starts to manifest. Both the Eastern and Western Conference are beginning to take shape, with some of the biggest sides in the country in action once more.

NBA 2024 maybe in its infancy but there are some superb matchups on the first weekend, with the Celtics taking on Miami Heat, Golden State upstate at Sacramento and the Pelicans doing battle with the Knicks.

Anticipation is set to be at fever pitch for the opening games of the NBA season, with sides across the country all hoping to knock the Denver Nuggets off their perch, following their title triumph last in 2023.
