Following a highly entertaining opening week of NBA action, the second midweek fixture list of the season throws up plenty more potentially pivotal encounters, in both the Eastern and Western Conference.

NBA 2024 maybe in its infancy but there are some superb matchups on the first weekend, with the Celtics taking on Miami Heat, Golden State upstate at Sacramento and the Pelicans doing battle with the Knicks.

Anticipation is set to be at fever pitch for the opening games of the NBA season, with sides across the country all hoping to knock the Denver Nuggets off their perch, following their title triumph last in 2023.
