It is a race that always gets punters and online betting sites and once again, the Golden Slipper at Rosehill Gardens didn’t disappoint. 

Gai Waterhouse and Adrian Bott seemed fated to have a winner in 2024, with 7 runners in the race and it was Lady of Camelot who came out on top.

Excellent eight for Waterhouse 

As one of the biggest races on the Australian calendar, the Golden Slipper always gets pulses racing and for Gai Waterhouse, it holds a special place in her heart. 
 
Lady of Camelot coming home in first place gave Waterhouse her 8th Golden Slipper win, simply adding to her grandeur in big races with punters and online betting sites
 
Adrian Bott was trackside to bellow Lady of Camelot home and his partnership with Gai Waterhouse continues to go from strength to strength. 
 
Couldn’t kick up a Storm 

Heading into the race, Lady of Camelot was not seen as the principal offering in the Golden Slipper for Gai Waterhouse and Adrian Bott.
