EPL 2023/24 Matchweek 32

The midweek round of Premier League fixtures was significant at both ends of the table, as Arsenal and Manchester City managed to keep pace with Liverpool. Games down at the bottom of the table were significant too, with the likes of Nottingham Forest now in a good position for PL survival with many punters and EPL betting sites

Another weekend of games presents another set of challenges and this should be unmissable once more.

Matchweek 32 Fixtures

Crystal Palace vs Manchester City

Selhurst Park, 7th April 2024 – 00.30

Manchester City open up the Premier League game week, with a tricky looking visit to Crystal Palace. The Eagles find themselves in a relegation scrap all of a sudden, this season and they will be looking to upset City, a side they have enjoyed some excellent results against in recent times. For the blues, this is when they tend to come good in the Premier League title race and they won’t want to let any of the sides above them get away from them. This will be really tight at Selhurst Park, but City need a victory and they should just about manage to eek one out.

Fulham vs Newcastle United

Craven Cottage, 7th April 2024 – 03.00

Fulham will be looking to get back on track at home here, as they welcome Newcastle United to Craven Cottage. The hosts only managed to pick up 1 point on the road at Sheffield United and Nottingham Forest and they will be hoping that a return to the banks of the Thames will help them here. Newcastle meanwhile have seen some improved results in recent weeks and are now looking to force their way into the European fold with many soccer betting sites. This will be tight, but Toon have the momentum and they could collect an important away win here.

Aston Villa vs Brentford

Villa Park, 7th April 2024 – 03.00

Top 4 chasing Aston Villa know that there is no margin for error as they host Brentford, a team battling for their Premier League lives. Villa have been in pole position to finish in the Champions League spots all season but their thumping at Manchester City last time out was particularly chastening. Brentford meanwhile are a side that just can’t seem to pick up results at the moment and they’re in the relegation picture as a result. This will be tight, but Villa should get the home win they need here.

Wolves vs West Ham

Molyneux, 7th April 2024 – 03.00

Two sides who are hoping to end the season inside the top half do battle here, as Wolves host West Ham United. Injuries have impacted Wolves in recent weeks, but they have impressed hugely under Gary O’Neill, and they will be doing all they can to finish the season as strongly as possible. Meanwhile, West Ham are lacking consistency across all aspects of their game, but they dug deep at home to Tottenham last time out to pick up a point. This will be very closely fought, and a draw could be on the agenda.

Everton vs Burnley

Goodison Park, 7th April 2024 – 03.00

A pair of sides deeply engrossed in the relegation battle square off here, as Everton host Burnley. The Toffees have had to battle numerous uncertainties this season, but they remain outside of the relegation zone, and they are starting to show glimpses of being able to survive this season. Burnley meanwhile have improved hugely in recent weeks and are unbeaten in their last 3 Premier League games. Whether it is enough to keep them in the league, however, remains to be seen. This should be intense at Goodison Park, and the blues could just about get the job done.

Luton Town vs Bournemouth

Kenilworth Road, 7th April 2024 – 03.00

The gloss of Luton Town in the Premier League does look to have worn off a little bit and the Hatters will be out to prove everybody wrong here, as they take on Bournemouth. Rob Edwards’s side have been immense this season, but they are still in the relegation zone and the rigours of top flight football do look to be catching up with them. Bournemouth meanwhile are still battling away, chasing a top half finish and they will be bang up for this one, making the draw the most likely outcome.

Brighton vs Arsenal

AMEX Stadium, 7th April 2024 – 05.30

The Arsenal juggernaut rolled on in midweek, with a comfortable home win over Luton and they next assignment looks set to be a much trickier one with soccer betting sites. Brighton are the hosts here, a side that have been battered by injuries this season but who remain a threat in any game they play. Arsenal meanwhile are in fine fettle, with a squad ready to challenge all the way for the Premier League title. Brighton will be up for this and should trouble the Gunners, but Arsenal will pick up an important away win here.

Manchester United vs Liverpool

Old Trafford, 8th April 2024 – 03.30

Title favourites Liverpool travel to Manchester United, as they look to avenge their FA Cup defeat last month. United are inconsistent in every single aspect of their game and predicting how they will go here against the champions elect, is very difficult. Liverpool however are much steadier in their performance levels and will be raring to go at Old Trafford, as they look to push on with their title bid. This will be a humdinger and whilst Manchester United will be up for it, Liverpool should prevail comfortably.

Sheffield United vs Chelsea

Bramall Lane, 8th April 2024 – 05.30

Bottom of the table Sheffield United are all but relegated this season but they will get the chance to have a crack at one of the big boys, as they take on Chelsea. The Blades have found the going very tough this season and a return to the Championship looks inevitable and imminent. Chelsea meanwhile have been abject themselves this term and find themselves languishing in the bottom half of the Premier League table. This won’t be a forgone conclusion, but Chelsea should get the job done in South Yorkshire.

Tottenham vs Nottingham Forest

Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, 8th April 2024 – 08.00

Tottenham’s bid to finish inside the top 4 comes into focus once more, as Spurs take on Nottingham Forest in what should be an intriguing battle. Spurs just can’t seem to kick on in the race for Champions League football next season and they could rue some missed chances later in the campaign. Forest, meanwhile, won well at home to Fulham last time out and they will want to play with a sense of freedom here. Tottenham should have enough about them at home though to pick up an important three points.
