As we have for weeks, we hit one leg of our EPL multi last weekend courtesy of Leicester City’s complete inability to score, which has now seen them held goalless for eight consecutive Premier League matches. Unsurprisingly, that will slot right into this weekend’s EPL multi tips once again. We think we have snuffed out a little bit of value after that, with a couple of legs paying in excess of $2.50 giving us a solid payout if this one gets up. Take a look at all three legs and the reasoning behind them below.

EPL Multi Bet of the Weekend
Brighton and Hove Albion vs Leicester City
Sunday 13th of April, 1.00am AEDT, American Express Stadium
It’s been a remarkable stretch for Leicester City, who as mentioned now find themselves without scoring a goal for an incredible eight matches, a run which stretches all the way back to late January when they beat Tottenham 2-1. They actually failed to score in two games in a row prior to that, too, making it ten of 11 games without a goal. Brighton have not exactly been the most defensively sound team in the league this season, conceding more goals than all but the bottom five teams, and having giving up seven of them in their last three games they badly need to tighten the screws. But at the moment, Leicester City look like they would score against the local park XI. At nearly even money odds to do something they have done in eight games in a row, them being held scoreless once again looks like a good bet to anchor our EPL multi.
Southampton vs Aston Villa
Sunday 13th of April, 1.00am AEDT, St. Mary’s Stadium
Aston Villa have been strong form of late, winning three games on the trot, and though they are not the most potent of offensive teams, they have been in good touch of late with five goals in their last two outings. Now, they get a great chance to continue that strong run of scoring form against the team that has conceded the most goals in the Premier League. Southampton have given up 74 goals this season at an average of nearly 2.5 per game, and with the season nearing a close they have been even worse of late. They have conceded at least three goals in nine of their last 11 games, and those goals haven’t only been scored by elite offensive teams. With Aston Villa in good form, they look like great value to find the back of the net at least three times at nearly $3 with Australian betting sites.
Arsenal vs Brentford
Sunday 13th of April, 3.30am AEDT, Emirates Stadium
Arsenal have unsurprisingly struggled to score since Kai Havertz went down, but Mikel Merino has at least gone some way to filling the void. Inclusive of that game in which Havertz hurt his hamstring, Arsenal has found the back of the net on seven occasions in seven games, and Merino has been responsible for four of those goals. He has become their main man up front, and with a matchup they should be winning against Brentford he looks like a good chance to score again in this one. We always like to end with a bit of value in our multi betting, and at $2.55 with PlayUp, Merino looks like exactly that to score once again for the Gunners.
