We weren’t all that far off hitting another EPL multi last week, with just one of the three legs hitting but the other two only missing out by a solitary goal. Leicester City continue to do us proud by proving completely incapable of scoring, something they have now failed to do for five successive games, so it should come as no surprise that they will slot in again as one of this weekend’s EPL multi tips. Check out all three legs and the rationale behind each of them below.

EPL Multi Bet of the Weekend
Everton vs West Ham
Sunday 16th of March, 2.00am AEDT, Goodison Park
West Ham games have not exactly been high-scoring thrillers of late, and in each of their last four either they or their opponent have been held scoreless. Prior to that they had a 2-1 loss to Chelsea, but that was the only of their last seven games to see three goals or more scored. With the total goals line for this game set at 2.5, the under looks pretty tempting. Everton, on the contrary, have been scoring and conceding with a little more regularity in their past few games than their opponent here, but even they have had two consecutive 1-1 games. With both these forms hitting the under more often than not of late, this looks likely to be another low-scoring affair.
Manchester City vs Brighton and Hove Albion
Sunday 16th of March, 2.00am AEDT, Etihad Stadium
This is one of the games of the weekend, and while it’s never easy to come away from Etihad Stadium with anything other than a loss as a visitor, Brighton and Hove Albion looks like a great chance of doing just that given their recent form. They have been one of the form sides of the competition, winning four games on the trot to put themselves on the cusp of the top four and within a point of Manchester City. City, meanwhile, have been trading wins and losses for six consecutive games. They are generally a relatively formidable side at home, but Brighton has beaten some good sides of late. A win would be a very impressive result for the visitors, but we’re going to hone in on the double chance for our EPL multi, with the Brighton/draw double chance coming in at well over $2 odds on the betting apps.
Leicester City vs Manchester United
Monday 17th of March, 6.00am AEDT, King Power Stadium
Last time Leicester City scored in the Premier League was on the 26th of January, exactly six games ago, while prior to that they had also failed to find the back of the net in five of their previous seven games. That gives them an ignominious record of having scored in just three of their last 13 games. Despite that, we can get very generous odds for them to go scoreless again with some betting sites, PlayUp offering a tasty $2.70 for that market. Manchester United are very average this year, but even they look like far closer to an even money chance of keeping the worst offensive team in the league at bay for 90 minutes.
