Didn’t expect the Blues to be coming into this one 0-1, but full credit to the Tigers, they put on the performance of a lifetime to claim a victory. The Hawks, on the other hand, come into this one looking to go 3-0.

The Blues get Charlie Curnow back, which will be a massive help. Not enough to get the win here though, as I have to go with the in-form Hawks. Going to keep it safe with this one and just taking the Hawks for the win. TopSport has the Hawks @ $1.40 to win.

March 22nd, 1.20pm, MCG

The Bombers played well in defeat in Round 1, going down to the in-form Hawks. On the other hand, the Crows notched up a win against the Saints, who aren’t expected to do much this season. There was a lot to like about the Bombers in their last game and I think they can get a win here.

The Bombers will have to make at least two changes due to injury, but they are playing at home and the Crows could only manage to win two games on the road last year. Take the Bombers to cover the line @ +7.5 with Betfocus, which is paying $1.88.

March 23rd, 6.10pm, Optus Stadium

It’s the final game of the round and desperation fills the air as both teams really need to get a win on the board. Traveling across to Perth isn’t an easy feat but I think the Swans look like the team that is closer to putting everything together. They come into this one as the underdogs though.

The Cats wiped the floor with the Dockers last time out and when you look at the two Swans losses, they have been much closer. This one will be close and with the Swans as the underdogs, I’ll be taking them on the line, PlayUp has them at +7.5 @ $1.90.
