AFL 2025 Best Tips and Multi Bet of the Weekend | Round 10

We see a little bit of everything in this round. Teams looking to cement their place in the top eight, teams simply looking for a win, teams near the bottom of the table battling each other and so much more. The Swans, who are sitting in 14th position, need a win and I think they’ll get it against the Blues. Yes, the Blues have been playing fairly well as of late, winning four of their last five, but if you look at where their wins have come from, they aren’t exactly against teams that are setting the league on fire. They have won against teams like the Kangaroos and Eagles.

The Swans don’t exactly come into this game in red-hot form, but desperation is a funny thing and they’ll want to string together a good game for their home crowd. I see more potential with the Swans and I think they can get the job done, covering the spread while they are at it. MidasBet has the line at -4.5 @ $1.88 for the Swans.

May 17th, 4.15pm, Adelaide Oval

Both the Power and Cats suffered a loss last time out, with the Power going down to cross-town rivals, the Crows, 84-89. The Cats also suffered a close loss, going down 101-105 to the Giants. With the Cats heading on the road, I do like the look of an upset here, as the Power are currently the underdogs.

You can take the Power to win outright, which I think is possible, especially considering all the injuries to the Cats players. But for my multi, I’ll be playing it a little safe, taking the Power to cover the line. With Bet365, the line is currently set at +6.5 for the Power @ $1.91.

May 18th, 1.10pm, MCG

In the first game on Sunday, we see the Tigers go up against the Kangaroos, with both teams sitting near each other on the ladder. The Kangaroos managed to pull out a draw against the top of the table Lions last time out, which is probably one of the key reasons they are the favourites coming into this one.

The Tigers notched up a win against the Eagles and have a great chance in my eyes to build on that win with another here against the Kangaroos. Both teams aren’t exactly reliable, but I have more confidence in the Tigers and at the price, there’s more value as well. Betfocus is offering $2.44 for the Tigers to win.
