Game seven, the best two words in sports. OKC and Indiana have treated fans to a massively exciting Finals, and now it’s come down to a winner takes all game seven. We’re going with the favoured Thunder to win it all in a game that hits the over. As well, we’re looking towards Jalen Williams to help out on the glass with 5+ rebounds.

Both the Indiana Pacers and Oklahoma City Thunder’s seasons will be remembered by what happens today. They will either be crowned Champions or leave the court with the agony of defeat. OKC has a couple of distinct advantages however. Most notably, they’re the home side. There have been 19 game sevens in NBA Finals history, and the home team has won 15 of those. As well, they will have the best player on the floor in SGA. When looking back at game sevens of the past, having the best player has led to victory more often than not. The NBA FInals haven’t been the high scoring shootout that many expected coming in. Despite the two teams coming in with some of the playoffs top offenses, defense has largely been the dominant factor in the series. Still, the line of 214.5 seems very low. We know that game sevens are officiated differently, and fouls will be hard to come by, but we still don’t see the total going below 215 for what would just be the second time this series. NBA betting sites likely have good reason to set the line so low, but we still like the over at $1.85 on Betright.

Jalen Williams 5+ rebounds | $1.48 @ PlayUp

Jalen Williams had an all-time Finals performance in game five before having a bit of a rough sixth game. The second in command for OKC can do it all on the court and fills up every part of the stat sheet. OKC will need him to put an added emphasis on rebounding in game seven as it’s an area in which Indiana has had a distinct advantage. Williams has pulled down five or more boards in four of six Finals games to this point. Everything is on the line now, and we think Williams will use that as extra motivation to be aggressive on the glass. He’s at $1.48 on PlayUp to get 5+ rebounds, and that’s a bet we like.
