NRL Multi Bet of the Weekend

Round 18 is done and dusted and it was blowout central! The Cowboys got revenge on the Tigers, thrashing them 74-0, while the Knights went out and demolished the Bulldogs 66-0! We hit 1 out of 2 legs last week, with Suaalii not taking the field due to a concussion. We are back this week with MyBettingAustralia’s NRL Multi of the week and we have found some value across Betting Sites on the Warriors, the Bulldogs and the Dolphins.

Paramatta Eels vs New Zealand Warriors

July 8th, 17:30, CommBank Stadium

For our first leg of the multi of the week, we look to the Eels hosting the Warriors. The Eels will be well rested into this one coming off a bye, while the Warriors had a disappointing outing, losing 28-6 at home to the Rabbitohs. The Eels have been in terrific form, winning 5 on the trot. While it may seem bizarre to go against a team in such red-hot form, this form has landed 3 Eels players straight into the NSW side. The Eels will be without Mitchell Moses, Clint Gutherson and RCG, 3 of their most important players, especially when it comes to scoring points.

With Moses and Gutherson out and Brown still serving a suspension, I think points will be very hard to come by for the Eels. The Warriors on the other hand are completely unaffected by Origin and their attack had been firing on all cylinders prior to last week. Last week they played in terrible conditions so I will cut them some slack. I think they are the far better outfit here and that’s why I am taking Warriors to win @1.65 on PlayUp.

South Sydney Rabbitohs vs Canterbury Bulldogs

July 8th, 19:35, Accor Stadium

For our second leg of the multi of the week, Rabbitohs hosting the Bulldogs. Both sides are coming off contrasting weeks, with the Rabbitohs picking up a big win away to the Warriors, while the Bulldogs failed to score a single point in an embarrassing 66-0 loss to the Knights. There is no doubt that the Bulldogs performance last week was atrocious, but I expect them to bounce back and improve in a very winnable game. The Bulldogs are unaffected by Origin, while the Rabbitohs are heavily impacted, losing Murray, Walker, Koloamatangi and Cook, with many already out injured including Latrell Mitchell, Jai Arrow and Campbell Graham.

The Rabbitohs are missing firepower across the park and will be playing with a completely new look side. The Bulldogs should be fired up, with a point to prove after last week and I think they are the better team on paper here and that is why I am taking the Bulldogs to win @2.60 on Bet365.

Gold Coast Titans vs Dolphins

July 9th, 16:05, Cbus Super Stadium

For our final leg of the multi we see the Titans hosting the Dolphins. The Dolphins have struggled lately due to a number of key injuries, losing their last 4 in a row. The Titans on the other hand have showed good signs, winning 2 of their last 3, losing due to some harsh calls last week. The Titans success has largely been due to the strength of their forward pack, with Fifita and Tino playing the best footy of their careers while Fotuaika is not far behind them. This great form has landed all 3 of them in the Queensland team alongside fullback AJ Brimson. While the Titans can cover Brimson with Jayden Campbell, their forward pack is far weaker than usual, and this will definitely impact them.

The Dolphins on the other hand only lose Tabuai-Fidow to Origin and have named a side close to full strength. I think the Titans will be able to compete throughout the first half of the game, but their forward pack will tire and I think the Dolphins will take advantage. That is why I am taking the Dolphins to win the 2nd half @2.15 on PlayUp.
